When you open a message , a new toolbar appears, giving you more options for the specific page you are on.

There is a second small toolbar below the message toolbar:

You can select the charset you want for replying to mails from the Charset drop menu. The drop menu in which the text -Stationary for Reply-  is displayed, allows you to select the stationery for replying to mails.  Open the menu to display a list of stationery you have made.  Once you have selected one, you will be able to reply to the message with the stationery you selected.  If you do not have any stationery set up, click the stationery button ( ) after which you will be able to edit and/or create new stationery. For a definition of stationery see The Settings Toolbar .

The Move and Copy button allows you to move or copy an e-mail to folders. To move a message select the folder to which you want to move the message from the drop menu and click the "Move" button. The e-mail is moved to the selected folder. To copy a messages select the folder to which you want to copy the e-mail from the drop menu and click the "Copy" button. The e-mail is copied to the selected folder.

To delete the e-mail, select -Delete-  from the drop menu and click "Move" button.

To forward the e-mail, select -Forward- from the drop menu and click "Move" button.

* If you are viewing a message in the drafts folder (see Managing Your Folders ), this button will Edit the message, rather than start a new one.
