As is written in our Health and Safety Policy Statement, at Alpeza General Contracting Inc. we place the utmost importance on the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees and all stakeholders who may be affected by our work. It is our belief that every worker has the right to work in a safe and healthy working environment.

The Alpeza General Contracting Inc. management team are committed to our Health and Safety Program by ensuring that necessary safety related resources are made available to the program, and that health and safety impacts awareness and opportunities for improvement are supported in all of our decisions.

Our team works diligently to regularly update established health and safety policies and procedures in support of our Health & Safety Program (as documented in the AGC Employee Health and Safety Reference Manual) complying with Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act and Environmental Protection Act and all applicable regulations, we accept these statutes as minimum standards. Our health and safety documentation and practices not only meet the Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act and Environmental Protection Act, we also encourage all stakeholders to exceed them; they are followed for the full duration of each and every one of our construction projects.

Alpeza General Contracting Inc. is proudly a COR 2020 certified company -- having maintained our health and safety awareness in our actions and growing recognition of program compliance since 2017 (COR™). Our effort is towards team and sub-trade education and training, maintaining our IHSA (Infrastructure Health and Safety Association) recognized "zero incident" rate and placing a high priority on lessons learned from any near misses in order to continuously improve a project’s overall health and safety awareness and culture.

By employing only highly experienced certified sub-trades and utilizing very strict criteria for their selection and retention, Alpeza General Contracting Inc. has a solid workmanship and performance track record -- with minimum disruption or risk of occupants and/or day-to-day operations. Health and Safety, as well as Wellness (Physical, Mental and Spiritual) GOALS are fundamental to our President (John Alpeza) and guide us in everything that we do in order to return home safely to our families with a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.
