Message listing options sets the preferences for the listed messages.

Message Listing options Reference Chart

Term/Setting What it Sets/Changes
Controlbar position in messages listSets the position of Controlbar on the messages list.
Messages per page Sets the number of messages to be displayed in a single page.
Field order Sets the order in which the following fields are displayed while listing messages:
  • Date
  • From
  • Subject
  • Size
Default sort Sets the default field for sorting messages.
Display mini search icon Displays the mini search icon.
Timestamp used for message date Sets the timestamp displayed in the email message.

  • Sent date: displays the sent date of the email in the messages

  • Received date: displays the received date of the email in the messages.
